Fantastic company to buy a car from

Russell is a nice genuine guy no pushy sales tactics posted the second key to the car straight way and was easy to reach by phone. we went to his house to look at the car which was helpful to us as we don't live to far away .he should have more then five stars we would buy from him again and would recommend him.

A Small genuine family business with Great After Sale & Customer Service

After visiting several auto dealers over a number of days, and being left totally confused and unimpressed, I came across an ad from GMB Berkshire Ltd. From the first moment I spoke to Russel over the phone, enquiring about a car I had seen on their website, I knew, this is a company I can do business with. Russel is a friendly and genuine person. He is happy to answer any questions you have no matter how trivial and without any sales pressure. Most importantly "All with a Smile". The car was delivered "free of charge" to my home address, (45min-50min) drive from their showroom, on the day and time that suited me. Would I ever buy another car from them again? Absolutely Yes! Would I recommend them? 100%.

After test driving 2 cars with different Dealers and experiencing flat batteries, clear obvious faults with the car that was not as advertised, dealing with Russell from GMC was like night and day. The car was ready to test drive, full history available, and Russell was completely up to speed on the detail of the car. The purchase was straightforward. The next day I had come up by train to pick the car up. Russell picked me up at the station, once back at the dealership, he handover the key, all documents and 2nd key in the glove box and enough fuel in the car to get me back home. First-class service from a well-established family firm. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Friendly, knowledgeable brilliant dealership

Such a friendly, helpful company. Russell was easy to reach by phone and after having some difficulty being taken seriously at other dealerships I felt listened to they took their time making sure I was happy with the car and even fixed a small issue I had on their own time. They have a good range and didn’t try to up sell me something I didn’t need, I left with exactly what I was looking for the same day.
